The Company is structured
into three integrated business units divided
along geographical lines between White River,
Nelspruit and Malelane.
These structures ensure
concentrated and hands-on management in a
specific area.
Each business unit has
four departments – Technical, Operations,
Administrative and Human Resources
department. The financial function
as well as major body repairs on buses
are centralized.
At
each unit, Line Managers report to
an experienced Senior Manager who in turn
reports to the Managing Director. This
structure has over the years, been
found to be the most
efficient.
Health
issues
The health of Buscor's
employees remains another priority.
For this purpose two clinics are run in
the group. A qualified medical
doctor and sister attend to the day to
day running of the clinics. This
service is given free of charge to
employees. People from rural areas
also come to these
clinics.
With the assistance of
clinics, effective HIV/AIDS awareness
programmes are run amongst the workforce
and broader community. Pamphlets are
displayed and distributed on the
company's buses. People who test
positive and who come forward are
counselled or referred for
counselling.

we draw up schedules.

by means of a preventative maintenance
programme backed with modern state of the art
equipment. We have two efficient
and well equipped workshops to maintain and
repair our modern fleet of buses - both
workshops have dealer service

equipped with vehicles fitted with all
the equipment and spare components they
might need in case of an emergency or a
breakdown. The teams are strategically
placed in all the operational areas. The
objective is to minimize passenger
discomfort should a bus break down en
route.

Replacement of vehicles with
the latest technologically advanced vehicles
