ADMIN WORKSHOP MANAGER
Buscor (Pty) Ltd, a leading transport company requires the services of an Admin Workshop Manager. The position is available at Buscor Head Office Nelspruit. Interested candidates from all designated groups who meet the following criteria are invited to apply. Please note only applicants who meet the requirements will be considered.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of four years supervisory/middle management experience
- Sound financial management skills
- Fully computer literate
- In-depth understanding of the background setup of the Freeway System
- Very good report writing skills
- Proficient in Pastel and Crystal Reports
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in using the Wearcheck and Profleet online software
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Medically fit
- Own transport
Duties and responsibilities:
- System administration for Freeway
- Store stock level management and reconciliation of stock accounts
- Co-ordination of monthly stock takes at all stores
- Assisting finance with any queries or discrepancies found on Creditors and GL recons
- Supervision of Stores and Technical admin staff.
- Monitoring of part prices and negotiation of better prices with suppliers
- Compilation, adaptation and enforcement of Technical Admin policies and procedures
- Management of part claims
