STORES CLERK

QUALIFIED AUTO ELECTRICIAN

Buscor (Pty) Ltd, a leading transport company requires the service of a Stores Superintendent; Stores Clerk and Auto Electrician at Buscor Malelane Depot.  Interested candidates from all designated groups who meet the following criteria are invited to apply.

Minimum requirements Stores Superintendent:

• Grade 12
• Stock control/procurement qualification
• Fully computer literate – (MS Office) and stock control programs such as Syspro / Technical software programs 
• 3 years’ experience in the automotive parts environment
• Excellent administration skills
• Good communication and people skills
• Medically fit
• Clean criminal record
• Traceable references
• Valid driver’s license

Duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Issuing order numbers and work orders from the Technical software program system
• Over the counter issuing and checking out of spares
• Receiving and issuing of invoices, credit notes and adjustments in to Technical Software program and Profleet

Minimum requirements Stores Clerk:

• Grade 12
• Stock control/procurement qualifications
• Very good computer knowledge – Office, Excel and stock control programs such as Syspro / MP2
• Excellent administration and communication skills
• At least 3 years’ experience in the automotive parts environment
• Clean criminal record
• Traceable references
• Medically fit
• Valid driver’s license

Duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Over the counter issuing and checking out of spares
• Generation of purchase orders and receiving
• Physical receiving of purchases and house keeping

Minimum requirements Auto Electrician:

• Grade 12 and N3
• Successful completion of Trade Test as Auto Electrician
• 4 years’ experience as qualified Auto Electrician
• Completion of relevant product knowledge courses
• Extensive auto electrical knowledge
• Willing to work irregular hours and be on standby
• Medically fit
• Clean criminal record
• Traceable references
