Buscor, the leading bus transport in Mpumalanga, is celebrating the recent changes regarding the new digital mode of payment. Reaffirming its commitment to delivering exceptional bus travel experiences. Passengers are no longer expected to carry hard cash when purchasing their monthly or weekly tickets at our terminus. They are now able to swipe their bank cards to purchase tickets.
The long-awaited amendments were announced in the middle of June 2023. The implementation has however been put into action within the Nelspruit and White River Divisions, respectively. The huge stress of going back and forth looking for safer ATMs to withdraw money has been abolished. We are glad that our passengers can now take a deep breath of sigh after a long time coming.
We would like to indicate that passengers from other divisions, including the Malelane one, still must buy tickets using cash. This is because we have not yet introduced this method of payment. However, it is not mandatory for passengers in the Nelspruit and White River divisions to buy tickets using bank cards. They can still buy it cash if they want to.

How did we come to this decision?
Our passengers have been struggling to enjoy the benefits of buying their tickets online or using digital mode of payment. We noticed how tedious this was for them for such a long time. They had to always carry hard cash whenever they came to purchase their monthly and weekly tickets. This led to unfortunate incidents occurring too such as loosing the cash or getting mugged.
These incidents are disgruntling, so we worked hard to implement this mode of payment to avoid such incidents from occurring.
We must acknowledge the numerous attempts made by our passengers to notify us about the need to introduce this mode of payment was overwhelming but necessary. It was high time that we engaged ourselves with the new technological trends to remain superior in offering good services.
A Promising Future
By implementing this advanced payment technique, we hope to not only streamline the ticket purchase process but also guarantee that our customers reach their destinations on time. They won’t have to put up with the inconveniences of service interruptions or subpar facilities, which have previously plagued our services. The implementation of this practical payment method, which will definitely make life easier for our valued passengers and strengthen our relationship with them, is the result of our unrelenting pursuit of progress.
Finally, we would like to say that we are proud to announce this innovative project that marks the introduction of digital payment to our services. We do this to reinforce our dedication to being the top bus transportation company in Mpumalanga. Buscor is committed to bringing modern trends that improve the commuter experience for its customers. As we pursue excellence in every aspect of our operations, our company supports the ideals of affordability, safety, dependability, efficiency, and convenience to ensure that our customers may look forward to first-rate travel experiences.
Stay tuned as Buscor continues to pioneer new developments that will revolutionize the way our valued commuters enjoy our bus services. We are excited to embark on this journey towards a future of enhanced convenience and unrivaled excellence.
