It is concerning to now note that some of our passengers are not receiving our transport services efficiently due to our bus schedules that do not correspond with their time. The consequences of these concerns are devastating, and we are busy fixing them.
Buscor’s aim is to provide public transport service that is safe and cost-effective in South Africa. It is our duty to make sure that our buses are clean, accessible and travel on time.
The concerns from parents about the safety of their kids when buses drop them off in challenging places that are not easy to cross have also been noted. We will notify our drivers to keep prioritizing the safety of our passengers to avoid accidents when traveling.
There’re complaints about routes that our buses fail to travel to due to current scheduling such as Mkhuhlu and Pienaar. However, we will deal with those matters accordingly. About the constant concern about trips that were not used will be found a solution that will benefit both parties.
Furthermore, it’s worth noting that we cannot solve the systematic faults and issues on our own without your cooperation. Therefore, we urge our commuters to keep their concerns realistic to allow us to resolve their matters promptly.
To continue being a viable cost-effective option for mass transit, we require our customers to practice lawful behavior and honesty. The dire desperation for adding more buses to all communities has risen and we will respond to that eventually. We also promise to always try our best to note all our commuters issues and queries and solve them for best experience with Buscor.
